Closure

What do Mark Twain and bras have in common? Mark Twain invented and patented the closure still used today on most bras. Twain thought he could replace suspenders with his invention as he found them uncomfortable and belts were only worn as decoration at that time, his suggested use for the closure was shirts, pantaloons and women's corsets,we all know how that turned out! Twain was also the first to write an entire book using a typewriter,he also had two other patents, one for a self adhesive scrapbook and another for a game that was supposed to help memorize dates and events though that particular invention never flew.
