Handled With Kid Gloves

After spending a decade developing their technique a group of Malaysian farmers have finally found the balance of nutrients and treatments to grow Japanese muskmelons. The melons are regularly massaged with a soft cloth or glove to enhance their flavor and classical music is played to stimulate growth. After adjusting the conditions of their hot humid climate to accommodate the melons preferred growing conditions in Japan's more temperate climate they are finally reaping the fruits of their labor and selling out the first 200 melons for $40.70 per melon.
