Birdman

 I feel bad for this lonely Cuban man who counts a flock of pelicans as his friends,true, birds can be great company but when it comes to non domesticated animals they really shouldn't be fed as it causes changes in how many young they produce and can potentially throw the whole natural system out of whack,plus feeding them things like leftovers can be harmful to their health and the water's health in the case of pelicans. He says even though they all look alike he can tell them apart by their character and they are used to him enough so he can help them when they get hooks caught on them and other minor issues.  He has cared for the flock of around 100 birds for the last two decades when they come south for the winter months and he misses them terribly when they leave in May to fly north to breed.
