This 61 year old German man with 278 penis piercings reminds me of a joke,I don't remember it exactly but it was about why a prostitute didn't mind having sex with a leper... because he always left a tip. Okay,maybe that was a groaner but this guy claims to have great sex regardless of the piercings but seriously even keeping in mind that there might be an extra stimulation factor how securely are those piercings attached? I've often wondered that when the piercing isn't in a place where a back can be placed to hold it on the,gee what do you call them? it isn't earrings is it since they aren't in ears? I'll have to check. The man has a total of 453 piercings on his body and most of his body is tattooed and though he says sex it great he has experienced problems in airports.
