In case anyone needs their memory refreshed on the 12 Days of Christmas they start on 12/25 and end on 1/6,I seem to forget that from year to year,now on to the song and prices to compare to years past. The annual index of what the items in the song cost started in 1984 and no surprise, it increases every year. The most expensive item is seven swans coming in around $13,000,the inventory for the entire song costs $41,206 this year. Sadly due to the low minimum wage the cheapest item in the song is the eight maids-a-milking coming in at $58. It's okay if you don't want to spend $41,206 for the 12 gifts since there's every indication that only a psychopath would actually burden someone with all that weirdness.
