Humans have long been considered the most intelligent animals though personally that seems debatable on many levels, one being how rapidly we are destroying our habitat. That being said a list of the top 11 was compiled by judging self awareness, memory, self control and problem solving. The following are the animals in order of 1-11. African Gray Parrot, Pigeons, Bonobos, Horses, Raccoons, Dolphins, Ravens, Chimpanzees, Pigs, Octopuses and Elephants. Notice dogs didn't make the cut though when each selection was explained they sounded like good choices.
