Regressing

Do you ever stare at clouds or other objects and try to see pictures? I used to do a great deal of it as a child and find myself fixating on the sky a lot lately. There is a name for this tendency, pareidolia, it used to be considered a sign of psychosis but it is now know to be a normal human trait. One example of pareidolia is seeing the man in the moon. A similar phenomena is apophenia is where sound is involved, hearing messages in common noises. I've never experienced that and it sounds a bit on the creepy side so I'll content myself for staring at the clouds and daydreaming about their shapes.
