This story reminds me of the sign,"Children left unattended will be given an espresso and a kitten" but I digress. Firefighters were called to a bank in Fort Smith,Arkansas to rescue a kitten from an ATM machine. It wasn't clear how they knew a kitten was in the machine nor how the kitten got there in the first place. Once the firefighters got the kitten out they took it to a nearby animal shelter where it weighed in at 1 lb and was found mostly healthy,they thought maybe the kitten was seeking shelter from the heat and somehow found a way into the machine. They decided to name him Cash.
