Recent research has revealed the reason behind this and in short it's because you stink like smelly feet! of course people don't detect that scent from you so that's a plus,though the pesky mosquito can't be fooled they will find you no matter how clean or covered you are. Mosquito magnets have raised levels of 50 molecular compounds found on the skin's moisturizing barrier. The compound that draws the hordes is mostly carboxylic acids which apparently rate highly among mosquitoes. They are also attracted to pregnant women and people who've had a couple of beers. Researchers are working on ways to intervene now that they have identified the attraction source. Hang in there!
