A 36 year old Florida man has been traveling the state setting up in parking lots with his compost toilet and toilet paper he grew himself. Well, not real toilet paper but blue spur flower plants which he claims are as soft as Charmin TP, smell like mint, are compostable though not flushable, and one leaf is about the same size as a piece of TP. I think we can all agree with him at least to some point as it's time to quit cutting down trees to wipe our butts and there are other options out there. A couple of things to think about...the average person uses 150 rolls of TP per year which amount to working two months just to supply your butt wipes. I was going to use the cliché, "food for thought" then I thought about it and decided that particular phrase was not appropriate for the subject matter.
