Joining the ranks of other one named goddesses Miss Piggy is an equally well known icon right up there with Cher, Madonna and Lady Gaga. As one would guess Miss Piggy also has a complete name, Pigathius from the Greek language meaning "river of passion" and her last name is Lee. Before Miss Piggy became enamored with Kermit her original love interest was Hamilton Pigg who even though he belonged to the same species as Miss Piggy she found his cigar smoking and general character the epitome of grossness.
