I often see comments about people having migraines so I have compiled a few natural ways to help for those who might want to try something different. Eating ten to twelve almonds is said to work as well as over the counter remedies. Soaking your feet in warm water with an ice pack on your neck helps many people which makes sense as headaches are a result of either constricted or dilated blood vessels. A herbal supplement called Butterbur relieves spasms and decreases inflammation,both common causes of headaches. Magnesium deficiency can can headaches. Smelling peppermint has a pain reducing effect for many people. Drink plenty of water,one of the most common side effects  of dehydration are headaches.
