Today's touch of weirdness didn't happen in Florida,proving that Florida isn't the only place where inexplicably odd incidents occur. Two brothers (21 and 27) in North Wales climbed onto a one story (9' high) building and refused to come down,cursing at the police and throwing roofing tiles at the gathering crowd. Stranger still a negotiator was called in to talk the two men down. When they had their day in court they were fined around $228. I can only hope that if they decide to repeat their performance that they choose a taller building.
