What are the chances of two Grinch like things happening on the same day? The first event though not necessarily first chronologically happened in Seattle. A squirrel decided to squirrel away 150 Christmas light bulbs in a 24 hour period. It is unknown if they were going to be used to decorate his nest,though more likely he thought they were food to be stored.
The second event involved a Grinch themed parade float in Huntsville,AL which never made it to the parade as a passing motorist tossed a cigarette out their window and the hay decorating the float caught fire burning the Whoville house. The float was hoping to win the $300 prize to pay for spaying and neutering local pets,but not to worry,a GoFundMe page set up after the fire raised more than ten times that amount.
