Seeing a Friend Home

This really isn't a laughing matter even though I find myself doing just that. Give the brain some alcohol and give it a problem to solve, the results seem perfectly logical and safe until viewed from a sober perspective. Two men in Harrogate,England were caught on CCTV first talking outside a bar then at several points along the road as the friend in the car towed his friend in a wheelchair home from the bar. The driver later pleaded guilty and was charged with dangerous driving,his license was revoked for 20 months plus 200 hours community service,$100 fine and $100 victim's surcharge. The man in the wheelchair was fined $200,$40 court costs and $40 victim's surcharge. I wonder if either of them said,"Hold my beer and watch this".
