In the latest initiative by India's prime minister citizens are encouraged to swap Valentine's Day celebrations for Cow Hug Day. The government is promoting the day as a way to bring emotional richness and collective happiness by honoring the sacred cows plus they wish to break with the corrupt Western values which they feel leads to promiscuity and vulgar behavior. I'm guessing this means a Valentine's prime rib or steak dinner is out of the question.
