Yes,we all have our vices and I don't know why I wasted everyone's time yesterday disclosing more reasons to put away the diet soda habit,as the people who use it are very dedicated to their vice. The good news is music can help some of your ills,not a cure of course but right up there in the feel good department. Music has been found to stimulate parts of the brain,studies have demonstrated that music enhances the memory of Alzheimer's and dementia patients. Music has also been found to reduce stress,aid relaxation and alleviate depression. So..."if music be the food of love,play on"...or "Keep on Rockin in the Free World"!
