Most everyone is familiar with the Aesop fable about the tortoise and the hare involving the moral that slow and steady wins the race. The results of that age old race were recently put on the line again at a pet expo in Thailand. If you've ever been around a tortoise you have probably noticed that once they decide they have somewhere to go they are pretty intense,hares on the other hand are much more agile and can move quickly but are easily distracted. If you haven't figured it out from what I've given you so far I will go ahead and spell it out. The tortoise won again! The course was much shorter this time around so it wasn't due to napping that the hare lost,he simply lost focus of his goal while the tortoise trudged on over the finish line! Keep your goals in sight boys and girls,or ladies and gentlemen!
