It seemed like a good idea to find something funny for today's post since there are lots of nerves on edge with all the campaign hoopla. So enter the Turnip Prize! It was started as a spoof of the Turner Prize after "An Unmade Bed" was chosen by the prestigious Turner Prize folks. Since its inception in 1999 it has encouraged entrants to make as little effort as possible with their creations. If you would like to enter there is still time for this years judging between November 1-25,but even if you win don't expect your masterpiece to be returned as they are promptly deposited in the trash.
