Bash away,bash away,bash away is the motto at a London "rage room" where people fed up with everything Christmas can take their anger/frustration out on the symbols of the season. For around $24 visitors dress in a red jump suit and hard hat are allowed to wreak havoc with a baseball bat by smashing trees and ornaments along with assorted other holiday items for 3 minutes in Rudolph's Rage Room. Oh,there is also a bar! I think this is an excellent idea not only to relieve holiday stress but other times as well. I can think of several themes that could benefit from rage rooms. Sometimes a person just needs to whack something and get it out of their system.
