A Dallas,Texas man is into Halloween in a big way,so big that his decorations caused people to call the police several times last year though not to worry, the police enjoy dropping by and taking selfies. The man is an engineer/artist and feels this year's decorations needed to be turned up a few notches considering how tough the year has been on everybody. One of the additions this year is an old wood chipper that he installed a pump in to make it into a blood fountain as it is fed body parts. He really does go all out though I can't imagine anyone thinking it was real enough to call the law.
