Unbelievable

For some reason in the last few days I have come across several state laws that are quite amusing and a little hard to believe that they are still on the books. All but one of these I have verified,so I will leave you to puzzle out which one is possibly made up!
In Minnesota it is illegal to cross state lines with a duck on your head...it is also illegal to enter the state with a chicken on your head (I am not sure about either chickens or ducks, but parrots do love to roost on your head). In Atlanta,Georgia it is illegal to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole or a street lamp. In Baltimore,Maryland it is illegal to take a lion to the movies. In Zion,Illinois it is illegal to give cats, dogs,or other domesticated animals a lighted cigar. In Los Angeles,CA. it is illegal to bathe two babies at the same time in the same tub. In Alabama it is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded while operating a vehicle. In Alaska it is an offense to push a live moose out of a moving airplane (even a dead moose would be offensive to anyone it landed on). In Arizona donkeys cannot sleep in bathtubs (this is not the only state with this law on the books, who would have thought it was such an extensive problem?). In Washington when two trains come to a crossing neither shall go until the other has passed (is it just me,or does this sound like a weird math problem?) In Utah it is illegal not to drink milk (I wonder if the state pays to relocate people who are lactose intolerant?),it is also an offense to hunt whales which will doubtlessly save many of those endangered inland whales!
