Maybe it's just me but when I travel I don't expect to find appliances that require a handbook to operate. For instance a remote control that is so complicated to use you might as well go back to the 60's when operations like turning the TV on/off or changing channels was done by hand because that would be far superior to having to use a three step process just to turn it on then still the channels won't change with the channel up or down button you have to first know the code for the channel you want then enter it before it times out and goes to the default setting which in this case happened to be a shopping channel that was permanently set on selling the same watch. Then to turn it off when you're half asleep go through the same three steps in reverse. Nope, not user friendly in the least. Oh did I mention that while you manipulate the buttons they all glow red reminding you that you may be dealing with an evil entity.
