It's time for the 31st annual Ig Nobels,you know those awards that make you laugh first then think about it. This year's winners include a study for flying rhinos upside down from a helicopter to determine if it was less stressful on the animals...it was. Believe it or not this was actually a useful study as more and more animals lose their habitat they need to be trans-located and it applies to other animals as well as the rhinos. Other studies in line for awards include whether beards prevent facial injuries more than a clean shaven face...they do,though no faces were harmed in the study as they were done with sheep skin both with and without fleece,or course the sheep were obviously harmed.
