I used to know a couple of world class car trashers but they didn't come close to this bad. This vehicle was brought in for its yearly Ministry of Transport inspection which was started in the UK in 1960. The idea behind the inspections is to make sure the vehicles are safe to drive and by looking at this rig I would be hard pressed to pass it because of all the debris which in this case could be a definite distraction. The garage worker refused to inspect it on the grounds that he didn't want to catch anything,and who could blame him? The customer laughed like it was a joke and walked off...I would hate to see their home.
