Aches and Pains

Around 31 million Americans (9% of the male population,18% of the female population) have migraine headaches that interfere with their lives. There have been many new medications and treatments introduced over the years, but what about the people who can't use those medications due to pregnancy or the affects of the medications themselves? Enter migraine glasses. 80-90% of migraine patients have light sensitivity and the glasses block wavelengths of light that can trigger the headaches. The glasses have a form fitting frame that prevents light from coming in around the sides. They are still in trials but if all goes well they should be ready for use next year. If you are interested in participating in the clinical trials here is the link for more information and a form to fill out. axonoptics.com
