I'm not sure if today's post belongs under dumb criminals or dumb idea for publicity stunt gone wrong. An Australian rapper,Terry Peck,aka 2pec, decided he would just swim off after consuming $621 worth of food and drinks at Omeros Bros. Restaurant. I understand the waiting a half an hour before swimming after a meal isn't really a valid concern anymore, but what if you consumed 2 lobsters,17 oyster shooters,a baby octopus and several Coronas? I'm pretty sure I would be too full to swim,but that didn't stop 2pec. The authorities chased him down on jet skis and charged him with theft and assault. 2pec claimed he left the restaurant because a friend of his had went into labor on the beach. No one mentioned if a person in labor was found anywhere in the area.
