I'm thinking this 44 year old man went out for St. Patrick's Day and lost track of time as he was arrested on March 19th and along with the message on his T-shirt you'll also notice what looks like a shamrock in the letter R. Police in Newville,Pennsylvania noticed a green Ford pickup making multiple traffic violations. After the man was taken into custody a blood draw showed his blood alcohol to be three times over the limit (.217%). He was awarded a DUI of the highest rate (they have a graduated DUI program which is determined by how high a person's blood alcohol is) not to mention driving on a suspended license,and several other traffic violations. It seems like this is a continuing trend with DUIs that the higher the blood alcohol the more likely they are a repeat offender.
