At first glance the thought of shoes made from sex toys elicits an ew,but when you read on you realize that it is yet another recycling effort and used adult toys aren't used. Streetwear label Rose in Good Faith and adult toy company Doc Johnson partnered to create a shoe made with 15% defective,unused sex toys and the rest in non bleached EVA a petroleum based foam that is hard to recycle.They call the end result Plastic Souls which are similar to Merrell's Hydro Moc and Yeezy's Foam Runner. They aren't exactly flying off the shelves at $130 a pair but they hope sales will go up as they add more colors.
