Since today is Trivia Day I will start with a bit of trivia about the song "Walk This Way" by Aerosmith (1975). The title of the song was taken from the movie "Young Frankenstein",which brings me to today's topic,how to walk on slippery surfaces to lessen your chance of falls. German Trauma Surgeons advise to walk like arctic birds. Instead of splitting your weight equally as you stride you need to put most of your weight on your leading leg. From what I was reading earlier Europe is experiencing the same cold snap that we are having here,okay maybe not the same one but a cold front none the less.
