Ha! I bet that title ruffled the red hairs (or in some cases mostly red,or red enhanced) on some of my friends. Back to the topic for today...This big ass centipede is one ugly dude,it almost looks fake in its homeliness. Its official name is the Texas Redhead,it can grow to around 8 inches and is known to eat lizards,snakes and toads so you can't like it for the insect eating ability. It kills its prey with toxin injected by a specialized set of legs,they are not too harmful to humans but their stings can cause dizziness,nausea and headaches in some cases, though usually just some pain and swelling at the bite location. I say Texas is more that welcome to keep this big guy!
