Let's just suppose that since it happened on Halloween that this "Florida" man was all wired up for the holiday,otherwise we'll just have to chalk it up to another Florida oddity. The 56 year old man pulled over next to a man on the sidewalk and asked him to get into his car,the man declined as the driver was naked other than some wires protruding from his penis. The witness took a picture and called the police. When the police came and stopped the man he got out of his vehicle wearing only red shorts but refused to get on the ground when the police instructed him to do so which ended badly for him as they used the straight arm bar take down which resulted in facial injuries. The witness identified him as the man who had stopped him earlier and also showed the picture he had taken to the police. Details about the electronics attached to the man were not included in the police report and the man is being held on $6,000 bond.
