I caught just enough about this guy on the radio earlier this morning to pique my interest and decided when I got home I would look up the whole story. For several weeks in the early morning hours John W. Nuggent would cruise through an El Segundo,CA neighborhood and blast an air horn. The police had been called numerous times and could hear the offending horn but by the time they got to the origin of the sound the man would be gone. This last Sunday their timing was finally in sync and they arrested the man and impounded his vehicle with the train like horn. Apparently Mr. Nuggent had a grudge against someone in the neighborhood and decided it was okay to make the entire area suffer his revenge.
