Since I often poke fun at Florida for the obscure happenings there it is only fair to give equal time to the West Coast,this time Washington state in particular. On Saturday night authorities were alerted that a man wearing a yellow dress had stolen a bus belonging to a rafting company. The police located him as he ran a red light but because of a new law were unable to pursue him. On Sunday they were notified that the same man wearing the same dress had been arrested for driving a front end loader into his ex-wife's home. Turns out the man had been released from a psychiatric hospital Saturday morning which in hind sight was probably not a good idea. There was no explanation for the yellow dress.
