Can you believe it? only 179 days left in this year,time seems to go a little faster with every passing year. Since yesterday was a holiday I wanted to see what had happened on July 5th in history. In 1996 Dolly the sheep was born,she was the first cloned animal. She was named Dolly because she was cloned from a mammary cell, so they named her after Dolly Parton. In 1954 Elvis Presley recorded for the first time in Memphis. The result was Sun record # 209 featuring "That's All Right,Mama" and "Blue Moon of Kentucky". In 1989 the pilot episode of "Seinfeld" premiered. The show was originally called "The Seinfeld Chronicles".
